A must have..Should be included in OS X

If you are running Yosemite or ElCapitan, you MUST download this app and run it. I think Mavericks too. THe way Ram is used in these new OSes is different, and this app lets you with a single click wipe out memory thats not being used and make it available.

I click on this app at least 5 times a day when I feel my computer is getting sluggish, and sure enough all my ram is being tied up with apps that are closed. You click the OPTIMIZE button and you can see the ram being compressed down to remove whats not being used, and leaving you with usually 1/3 of your ram free.

EVEN if you have a LOT of ram L ike I do, I have the max 16GB in my iMac, I need to use it.
